Symbol of the hippie movement and native to the island of Sumatra in Indonesia, patchouli is a bush that farmers cut off at the root and that grows back in a few months. The leaves and stems are dried for a few days in the sun and then distilled to give off a woody, earthy scent with smoky accents.

The essential oil of Patchouli is recognized for its meditative virtues. If it facilitates in this sense the concentration, it is also a natural solution to fight against the anxiety and which will calm you to find quickly the sleep.

OLFACTORY DESCRIPTION

Indispensable and irreplaceable, Patchouli Essential Oil is a major woody note. Starting with an almost dusty peppery effect, spicy enough to recall cocoa pods, evaporation reveals a round and warm heart. Inviting the exploration of an undergrowth strewn with dried leaves and roots, the scent continues its journey towards even more woody and wild olfactory grounds, letting fascinating musky volutes dominate.
