It is the result of cutting-edge processing methods, the first of which was not intended for this purpose at all. <strong>The starting point is the decaffeination of the tea leaves using a gentle extraction process carried out with supercritical CO2<\/strong>, with the aim, as the method suggests, of producing decaffeinated tea. During this process, a by-product is obtained, a tea wax that is usually simply discarded. It is specifically this extract that caught our attention <strong>in our desire to recycle waste<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This wax is then optimised using the absolute method, which <strong>captures all the olfactory molecules of the pure, natural essence of Darjeeling tea.
