Lemongrass essential oil is a classic in terms of olfactory, therapeutic and culinary properties. Nevertheless its power does not alter its great sophistication. It is lemony, but also highly aromatic and spicy, while retaining a freshness to any test. Gradually leaving its citrus notes behind, the fragrance moves into olfactory recesses close to geranium and rose, before joining the green and earthy trail of a persistent herb like basil.
The food dimension is gradually increasing, approaching coriander and carrot seed, to finally fade into the dull, murky earth.
